Delete your account

You can delete your Venn account directly from the app. All your profile data, photos, video, matches, chats, availability and presence history will be permanently removed.

  1. Open Venn and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
  3. Confirm with your password (or re-authenticate with Apple / Google for social sign-in).

What gets deleted

  • Profile, photos, video
  • Messages and chats
  • Matches and kiss history
  • Availability window, online status and presence history
  • Push notification token
  • Analytics records tied to your user ID

What we keep

  • Payment records, due to legal obligation (7 years)
  • Abuse reports already filed, anonymised
Can’t access the app? Email support@venndatingapp.com from the account address and we’ll process the deletion within 30 days.
