Terms of Service

1. Who can use Venn

You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to give us truthful information about yourself and to keep it up to date. You can only have one account.

2. Prime time

The Venn feed is open at all times — browsing profiles, sending kisses, messaging and calling are never restricted to a schedule. There are recurring prime-time windows when we highlight that more people are online. The prime-time schedule is shown in the app and we may change it at any time with in-app notice.

3. Kisses and Super Kisses

A kiss is an invitation to talk; a mutual kiss creates a match. Free accounts can send up to 5 kisses per day; the allowance resets daily at midnight, device time. We may change free allowances with in-app notice. Super Kisses are a consumable virtual good that can be purchased in-app or earned with a Venn Premium subscription (two per week). Consumables are not refundable once used.

4. Venn Premium

Venn Premium is a recurring subscription billed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Pricing is shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

5. Express Review

Express Review is a one-time €1.99 purchase that moves your profile submission to a 24-hour review queue. It is not a bypass — every profile is reviewed. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their respective policies.

6. Acceptable use

• No nudity, no sexual content, no minors in your profile media
• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or sexual harassment in chat or on video
• No impersonation, no fake profiles, no commercial solicitation
• No screen recording or screenshotting of other users without their consent
• No use of Venn to coordinate illegal activity

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules without notice.

7. Content you upload

You keep ownership of the photos, video, and text you upload. You grant Venn a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host and display that content within the Venn product for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, the licence ends and the content is removed within 30 days.

8. Disclaimers

Venn is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we do not promise that you will find a match. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users — meet at your own risk and use common sense.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Venn's aggregate liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Venn in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) €50.

10. Consumer rights (EU / UK / Brazil)

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. EU and UK users can cancel a subscription within 14 days of first purchase under the Consumer Rights Directive, except where the service has already been performed in full. Brazilian users have the rights set out in the Código de Defesa do Consumidor.

11. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. We can suspend your account if you breach these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes trigger an in-app re-acceptance prompt before you can keep using Venn.

13. Law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Lisbon, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-law venues in your country of residence.
